Unlike traditional Home Phone services, the following features come included for free in our service:
- Voicemail – Including an Email option
- Call Waiting (second line)
- A Web Site to track your phone calls and how much they cost you. You can also check your balance and add money to your account.
- Call Forwarding
- e911 service
Rates
With our rates, you can take either one of the following two packages for a Home Phone:
- Standard Package
With this package you pay just $5 USD each month for the phone number and then you pay for the minutes you use.
- Incoming Package
With this pacakage you pay just $10 USD each month for the phone number and you get the first 3,500 incoming minutes included and then you pay for any other minutes you use.
At only 1.2 ¢ / minute for incoming calls, you won’t see those high bills anymore.
Outgoing calls depends on where you are calling:
- Canada Wide: 0.7 ¢ / min
- Area Code 310, Yukon, The North West Territories, and Nunavut: 2 ¢ / min
- American 48 States: 2 ¢ / min
- America Area Codes 670, 671, 808 : 4 ¢ / min
Update: Hawaii is no longer 7 ¢ / min. It is now included in the 4 ¢ / min group above.

Non-Hidden Fees:
There is a $10 USD fee to Setup each new account if you.
There is a $15 USD fee to transfer existing phone numbers from another provider. We have to charge this because we are charged for the service.
For a regular home phone to work with VoIP service you will need to purchase an ATA device. Here is an example of one:
* If you wish to have us purchase an ATA device for you, configure it ahead of time, and mail it out to you, please contact us for details.
If you wish to use a VoIP phone instead, any SIP compatible VoIP phone should work.
